Fernando Kral

Fernando Kral is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at R/GA since October 2016, Kral provides Apple and Windows support in an Active Directory environment. Previous roles include Senior Desktop Support Technician at RGA Inc., Apple Support Specialist and Technology Lead at Force Majeure Design, and IT Contractor for Chase Design Group. With a strong background in managing technology services across various organizations, including EURO RSCG Healthview and Nuforia, Kral has a solid track record in supporting diverse IT infrastructures. Kral holds Apple Certified training in Mac OS X and a degree in music production and business from the College for Recording Arts.
