Jeff Gerlach

Jeff Gerlach is an experienced Creative Director specializing in Experience Design and strategy for product transformation, currently leading creative efforts at R/GA since February 2024. As the Owner and Staff Product Designer at Analogue, LLC since January 2020, Jeff collaborates with client teams to cultivate customer insights and develop strategic user experiences. Previously, Jeff served as the Director of Product Design at Aura, managing a team to enhance online protection services, and played a vital role as Director of Experience Design & Membership at Spartan, successfully scaling digital products for a growing user base. Jeff’s expertise is further demonstrated through leadership positions at Superpedestrian and frog, along with earlier roles at Zipcar, Continuum, and ChaseDesign. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Design in Industrial & Interaction Design from Syracuse University in 2010.
