Jo Libby

Jo Libby, also known as Jo Lennon, has over a decade of experience in talent management and resource management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Management & Acquisition at R/GA since October 2010, Jo has progressed through various roles including Director of Talent Management, Director of Resource Management, and International Resource Manager, overseeing resource management for all offices in Europe and Asia. Prior experience includes roles as Resource Manager at Logica and Oceanclean Group, as well as an Executive Assistant at Morgan Chambers. Jo holds a BA Hons in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University, completed in 2004.
