Sofia Thibaud has a diverse background in HR and finance, with experience spanning multiple companies and regions. They worked as an HR Specialist for ExxonMobil in Nigeria and West Africa from 2011 to 2013, and served as a Finance Specialist at J.P. Morgan from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were involved with Accenture Argentina as part of the Talent Futurist Pod and later as a Talent Fulfillment Specialist.
