Bryce Shepherd

Bryce Shepherd currently serves as the Head of Client Engagement & Market Development at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2025. Prior to this role, Bryce held several positions at PartnerRe, including Head of Client Solutions and Head of Capabilities Development, where responsibilities included supporting the Life and Health strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, Bryce was Head of Strategy for Life & Health at PartnerRe, focusing on market and client strategies. Previous experience includes advisory roles at PAI Health and various positions at SCOR, including Head of Regional Partnerships and Marketing Actuary. Bryce began the professional career at Suncorp Group as an Actuarial Analyst after completing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics at The University of Queensland, followed by a Master's in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a certificate in Digital Technology & Innovation from Indiana University.
