Catherine Ochalek

Catherine Ochalek, FSA, FCA, EA, is the Director of Pension Risk Transfer for the Americas Institutional Markets at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Presently, they collaborate with plan sponsors to manage pension plan risks, leveraging nearly eight years of experience at WTW where they completed annual valuations and executed significant data projects. Catherine previously served as an Upper School Mathematics Instructor at University Liggett School and has held various teaching positions, winning the Gold Medal Award for Teaching Excellence at the University of Maryland College Park.
