Chuck Souza

Chuck Souza has extensive experience in the financial and actuarial sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Structured Finance at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since April 2013, after progressing from the role of Vice President in the same department. Prior to this, Chuck held the position of Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from May 2008 to March 2013, and served as Vice President and Appointed Actuary at RGA Reinsurance between January 2003 and April 2008. Earlier career roles include Associate Actuary at American Republic Insurance and New England Financial, as well as Actuarial Associate at Sun Life Financial. Chuck began the professional journey as an Actuarial Student at National Life Group. An alumnus of Cornell University, Chuck Souza earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
