CJ Sadler is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Regional Head of Pricing at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since August 2020, CJ has held various leadership roles including Head of Pricing for RGA Japan and interim Head of Pricing for RGA Korea. Previously, CJ worked as a Senior Pricing Actuary at PartnerRe and as a Principal Actuary for the Middle East and Africa at MetLife. CJ's career began as a Product Actuary at Prudential Assurance and included a role as a Senior Actuarial Assistant at Munich Re. CJ holds a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and has both an Honours Degree in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Pretoria.
