Clement Tam is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in pricing and management within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Pricing Actuary at Reinsurance Group of America since February 2015, Clement oversees the inforce management of Retail and Group business across Australia and New Zealand. Prior roles include Pricing Actuary for New Zealand and various positions in pricing and actuarial analysis where responsibilities encompassed project management, team leadership, and product pricing. Earlier career experience at MLC Limited involved actuarial analysis in pricing and profitability, asset and liability management, and participation in significant regulatory initiatives. Clement holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
