Danielle Archer

Danielle Archer is an experienced professional in the insurance and education sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Claims Manager at Vitality since March 2017. Previously, Danielle held various roles including Claims Research, Development and Training Manager and Contracts Manager at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, and worked as a Technical Controller at Simplyhealth, where responsibilities included managing complex claims. Danielle also has teaching experience as a Visiting Lecturer at NHC and a Functional Skills Maths teacher at the Centre for Arts, Hitchin. With a background in developing claims philosophies and managing claims departments, Danielle has a solid foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of insurance. Danielle holds a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector from The Goldsmith Business Centre.
