Danielle Harrington

Danielle Harrington serves as the Vice President and Head of Strategy and Operations for Europe at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, having held various leadership positions within the company since September 2013, including Vice President of Business Development for the UK Global Financial Solutions unit. With a background in client relationship management and contract negotiation in longevity and asset-intensive reinsurance for the UK and Ireland, Danielle began her career at Lucida plc, where experience was gained as a Pricing Actuary specializing in demographic and asset assumption modeling. Earlier experience includes a role as a Procurement Consultant at Proxima Group. Danielle is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a BSc in Mathematics from King's College London.
