Deepashri Khare currently serves as the VP of Global Talent & Organization Design & Development at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, leading initiatives to enhance organizational performance and talent development. Previously, Deepashri held senior HR leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions and Sigma Engineered Solutions, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategy for large employee bases. With experience at Syngenta, Monsanto Company, and Alchemy Management Consultancy, Deepashri has a strong background in strategic talent management and organizational development. Educationally, Deepashri holds a PGDM in HR from IMDR, Pune.
