Dillon Kandasamy

Dillon Kandasamy, CFA, is an accomplished leader with expertise in project management and business strategy in the insurance sector. Dillon's career includes roles such as Assistant Manager at WIND Mobile, where they led the highest volume retail location in Downtown Toronto, and currently serves as Director of Sales Enablement, The Americas, at Reinsurance Group of America. Previously, Dillon held managerial positions at Scotiabank and TD, driving performance improvements and developing successful initiatives. Dillon completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University and successfully achieved Level III of the CFA Exams.
