Dillon Siebert has a diverse background in law and business development, beginning as a BAccLLB student at Stellenbosch University from February 2012 to December 2016. Dillon's early experience includes vacation student roles at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr and Bowman Gilfillan, where an understanding of corporate law was developed. Following this, Dillon served as an associate at ENSafrica and CMS UK, focusing on financial services transactions and corporate insurance. In November 2023, Dillon joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as an associate within the Corporate Insurance team, specializing in reinsurance transactions. Currently, Dillon holds the position of Director of Business Development for EMEA New Business Operations at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, leading the origination and execution of key reinsurance transactions across the region.
