Edison Chang

Edison Chang is a seasoned payroll operations professional with extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions. They held key positions at companies such as Kimberly-Clark, where they served as the Regional Payroll Operations Manager APAC, and at BD as the Payroll Manager for Greater Asia. Currently, Edison is the Director of APAC and EMEA Payroll at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Prior roles include Payroll Manager at Pall Corporation and Asia Middle East Payroll Project Manager at Worley Parson Business Service Center Sdn Bhd. Edison holds a degree in Mathematics from Universiti Sains Malaysia, which they completed in 2007.
