Emily Schultz is the Senior Vice President of Disputes and Head Legal Counsel for the Americas at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since 2020. Previously, Emily served as Associate General Counsel at Caleres, Inc. from 2008 to 2020 and held various roles at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, PC, and Winston & Strawn LLP earlier in their career. Emily is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign while also holding a Bachelor of Music from Baylor University.
