Emma Ferris is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the UK and Ireland at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2018, Emma has held various leadership roles within the organization, including overseeing Global Acquisitions in Europe and business development initiatives in the EMEA region. Prior to this, employment at AXA UK from June 2010 to December 2017 involved significant positions such as Director of Pensions, Treasury, ALM & Capital Management and Chief Risk Officer. Emma's career began as a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from September 2002 to May 2010. Educational achievements include a degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics from the University of Warwick and a Fellowship from the Institute of Actuaries.
