Heather Vogt, MS IDT, is a seasoned Learning Solutions Consultant and Learning Technologist at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, specializing in the design and development of instructional design projects utilizing tools such as Storyline 360, Rise, and Vyond. With extensive experience in project management through platforms like Asana, Heather has effectively led various ID initiatives in multiple industries, including construction and healthcare. Previous positions include Instructional Designer roles where collaboration with stakeholders was integral, and teaching responsibilities at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, focusing on technical computer courses. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Concordia University Chicago, a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Communication Arts from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and an Associate of Arts from St. Louis Community College.
