Heidi Baugus

Heidi Baugus is an experienced compliance professional with a robust background in regulatory consulting and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2020, Heidi previously operated as a Compliance Consultant from 2014 to January 2020, providing a range of compliance and regulatory services to financial firms. Notably, a significant contribution during this period included developing a social media policy for an investment banking firm. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Primerica from 2001 to 2013, where operational impacts of legislation and regulatory rules were tracked and managed. Heidi began legal training as a Summer Law Clerk for The Honorable Victor Reynolds in 1998.
