Hindol Das

Hindol Das is an experienced professional in the field of underwriting with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Chief Manager and previously as Deputy Chief Manager at Reinsurance Group of America, incorporated since March 2017, Hindol manages global underwriting services. The role includes overseeing a team and case underwriting specifically for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, focusing on traditional life and health business. Prior to this, Hindol held various positions at Tata AIA Life Insurance, Swiss Re, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, and ING Life, with responsibilities ranging from medical underwriting to analyzing complex medical cases. Hindol holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Bangalore University.
