Joel Boyle

Joel Boyle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational optimization. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Project Management & Optimization at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since September 2008, Joel leads major projects and programs while driving a culture of optimization across the organization. Previous roles at Reinsurance Group of America include Director, Team Leader, Senior Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. Earlier in career, Joel worked as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Rogers Communications from September 1999 to September 2008. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, earned between 1989 and 1994.
