John Kiso

John Kiso is an experienced professional in governance, risk, and compliance with a robust background in privacy and security. Currently serving as Director of Program Governance, Risk, and Compliance Delivery at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since February 2017, John has played a pivotal role in developing and managing enterprise programs for operational risks. Prior to this, John held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Security and Privacy Risk and Data Privacy Program Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing risk management processes and coordinating global privacy objectives. John’s previous experience includes a tenure at neteffects and the National Association of Electrical Distributors, along with academic management roles at ITT Technical Institute. John holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Fontbonne University, along with a Bachelor’s and Associate’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design and Drafting Technology from the University of Central Missouri.
