Kate Force

Kate Force, CSM, AWS Certified, currently serves as IT Project Manager in the Enterprise Program Management Office at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since November 2023, following a role as Cloud Platform Services Program Coordinator. Prior to this, Kate worked at Bullhorn from March 2022 to May 2023 as a Project Manager, overseeing client and partner projects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and preventing scope creep. At Cprime, Inc. from January 2020 to March 2022, Kate held positions including Delivery Manager and Project Manager, managing engagement deliveries and drafting SOWs. Kate also coordinated marketing efforts as a Marketing Associate & Project Coordinator at IMG Marketing and played a key role as Deputy Campaign Manager for Brian Williams' campaign for the Missouri State Senate.
