Kay How Tan

Kay How Tan, FSA CFA, currently serves as the Head of Malaysia and Chief Operating Officer for Southeast Asia at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, responsible for overseeing operational functions, risk management, compliance, and serving as principal officer for the Malaysia office. With extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Kay has held various senior positions including Chief of Staff for India, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan, Chief Marketing Officer at Prudential Assurance Malaysia, and Director of Product Strategy at AIA. In August 2023, Kay became a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Malaysian Life Reinsurance Group Berhad. Kay holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the National University of Malaysia.
