Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since September 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, as well as Executive Vice President and CIO at Centene Corporation from 2015 to September 2023, overseeing a substantial healthcare enterprise with a workforce of over 6,000 dedicated to software and service development. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Health Net, where significant achievements included receiving the “Health Plan Innovator of the Year” award and implementing major cost-saving initiatives. Mark began a career at VERITAS as Senior Director of Front Office Systems after earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communications, along with an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
