Mary Rogers currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards for the EMEA region at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mary was the Head of Global Reward at Megaport from September 2021 to March 2023 and served as the Director of International Rewards at TIBCO Software Inc. from October 2018 to September 2021. Additionally, Mary held the position of International Compensation & Benefits Director at Hertz for over 17 years, from March 2001 to September 2018. Mary graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford between 1986 and 1989.
