Matt Bauman

Matt Bauman has held key roles in telecommunications and network engineering, currently serving as Director of Telephony, Conferencing, and Mobility at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since October 2019. Prior to this position, Matt was Associate Principal Network Specialist (Voice) at Mercy from January 2016 to October 2019 and worked at Level 3 Communications for thirteen years in various capacities, including Senior Voice Engineer. Matt began a career in telecommunications as a Telecom Engineer at Express Scripts, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Educationally, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lindenwood University, completing the degree between 2017 and December 2021.
