Matthew Blakely

Matthew Blakely is an experienced leader in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, currently serving as Vice President at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since 2020. In this role, Matthew drives CSR strategies across philanthropy, sustainability, and ESG reporting while collaborating with executives in over 20 countries. Previously, Matthew held various leadership positions at Motorola Solutions from 2005 to 2019, including Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Outreach, where Matthew expanded diversity efforts, and Executive Director of the Motorola Solutions Foundation, managing significant annual giving and employee volunteerism. Matthew's earlier career includes roles at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, Sara Lee Foundation, and MacArthur Foundation, with a foundational education in History from Illinois State University.
