Michael Keating

Michael Keating currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Operational Resilience at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where responsibilities involve leading global initiatives in operational resilience, including continuity, crisis management, and third-party risk. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles including Vice President and Chief of Staff for Global Risk Services at RGA and Director of the Business Continuity Management practice at Navigant Consulting. With a strong foundation in business continuity and risk management, Michael has contributed to numerous organizations such as Doulos Business Consulting, Crisis Management International, and Marsh Risk Consulting. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Malone University and an Associate of Applied Science in Security Administration from Cuyahoga Community College.
