Michael Kwan

Michael Kwan is an experienced professional in the actuarial and financial sectors, currently serving as AVP of Client Experience at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent a decade at Manulife, advancing through various positions including Director and Actuary in both Capital Management and Inforce Management, as well as Associate Actuary in Affinity Markets Valuation and the CALM Center of Expertise. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as an Actuarial Student in Wealth Management and Life Pricing during co-op placements at Manulife, along with a co-op position as a Sourcing Specialist at Ericsson. Michael holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2012.
