Michele Koops

Michele Koops is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2017. Prior roles at RGA International Corporation from January 2009 to December 2016 included Head of Total Rewards for various regions and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
