Michele Tynes

Michele Tynes currently serves as the Vice President of IT Shared Services at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, overseeing IT shared services with a focus on financial management, vendor management, governance and controls compliance, and portfolio costing since March 2025. Previously, Michele held multiple executive roles at Centene Corporation from April 2017 to March 2025, including Vice President and Staff Vice President of IT, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of shared services, IT budget and supplier management, and governance compliance. Prior to Centene, Michele worked at Health Net from December 1996 to April 2017, advancing from Manager of Finance to Senior Director of IT, and also served as Director of Finance and Director of Print Fulfillment/Finance, directing fulfillment supply chain management and operational performance.
