Michelle Chui has a robust background in law and public policy, having served as Senior Counsel and Senior Manager at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority from 2011 to 2019 and as Government Counsel for the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Government from 2006 to 2011. Currently, Michelle is the Director of Legislative & Regulatory Relations for Asia at the Reinsurance Group of America and the Program Leader for the NUS Lee Kuan Yew Executive Education on Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, roles they began in 2025 and 2024, respectively. Prior to these positions, they were the Head of Government Relations for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea at PayPal from 2019 to 2023.
