Mike Casale

Mike Casale serves as Vice President of AURA Client Services at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, overseeing the implementation and support of the AWS-based AURA electronic life underwriting software and managing a global team of approximately 50 professionals. With previous roles at RGA, including Vice President of AURA Product Manager and Executive Director/Program Manager, Mike has focused on developing strategic product directions and delivering automated underwriting systems across international markets. Prior experience includes project management roles at NetEffects and FireStream WorldWide, where Mike led software implementation projects, along with a significant tenure at SirsiDynix Corporation, directing implementation services and customer care operations. Mike holds an MBA in International Business from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Humboldt State University.
