Nathan Hill is a seasoned actuary with over a decade of experience in life insurance and reinsurance. Currently serving as VP & Actuary for Individual Life Pricing at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since July 2012, Nathan has held multiple roles within the organization, including Executive Director and Actuary in GFS Risk Management, where leadership of a team focused on risk management for capital-motivated reinsurance structures is part of responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director & Sr. Actuarial Consultant at The Hartford, where Nathan negotiated ceded reinsurance treaties, and Senior Actuarial Analyst at COUNTRY ® Financial, focusing on statutory valuation and financial reporting. Nathan holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2006.
