Nikki Pacheco

Nikki Pacheco has accumulated extensive experience in various roles within the insurance and technology sectors since entering the workforce. Currently serving as Executive Director of IT Stewardship and Communications at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2018, Nikki has also held positions such as Director of Strategic Business Initiatives and Associate Program Manager during tenure at the same organization. Prior to this, Nikki worked as a Project Manager and Digital Marketing Consultant at Williams Medical Technologies, Inc. from January 2014 to January 2018, and held multiple roles including Events Coordinator and Marketing Assistant at Junior Chamber International from January 2009 to January 2014. Earlier in the career journey, Nikki was a Brokers Assistant at EverBank in 2007. Academically, Nikki holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, complemented by coursework at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
