Paul Greffet, ASA, is currently the Executive Director of US Individual Markets Pricing at RGA, where they lead pricing production for US Individual Life. They previously served as an Associate Actuary at Reinsurance Group of America from 2023 to 2025. Earlier in their career, they held various actuarial internships at MetLife and BerkleyMed, as well as working as an Actuarial Analyst at Towers Watson from 2011 to 2013. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis in 2010.
