申小鹏

小鹏 申 is the Chief Underwriter and Head of Claims for HK and SEA at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as Chief Underwriter for China at Swiss Re and held various managerial roles in underwriting across Asia. With a strong foundation in clinical medicine from a Bachelor’s degree at Southeast University and an MBA from Nanjing University, 小鹏 has over two decades of experience in underwriting, having also worked as a Senior Underwriting Manager at Gen Re and China Life Insurance Co. Ltd, as well as a surgeon at Yangzhou No.1 hospital.
