Regina Tan

Regina Tan has over 20 years of experience in underwriting and claims management, currently serving as the Head of High Net Worth for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets and Chief Underwriter at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since September 2019. Previously, Regina worked at Pacific Life Re as Head of Underwriting and Claims, and at Munich Re, focusing on technical underwriting services and automated solutions. Earlier career roles include senior underwriter positions at Aviva Ltd and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. Regina holds advanced qualifications as a Fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, along with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Insurance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
