Serena Sanders

Serena Sanders is currently the Lead Privacy and Risk Management Specialist at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where responsibilities include leading compliance projects focused on various regulatory requirements and ensuring alignment with compliance controls. Prior to this role, Serena served as the Manager of IT Operations at Matica Biotechnology, Inc., implementing automation strategies that significantly reduced manual processes and improved system availability.
