Shundrawn Thomas is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Copia Group, LLC, where they oversee business strategy and operations while fostering positive social impact through scalable businesses. Previously, Shundrawn served as Executive Vice President and Head of Funds and Managed Accounts Group at Northern Trust Asset Management, leading strategic planning and global product management. They also held key leadership roles at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley, driving substantial revenue growth in capital markets. Shundrawn is a board member at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated and has a B.S. in Accounting from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University as well as an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
