Spencer Readman

Spencer Readman has more than 25 years of experience in IT and leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of Global IT Client Services and Regional IT Operations at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. In this role, Spencer partners with IT service owners to deliver customer service to over 1200 business consumers across 30 locations in 23 countries, while managing global resources and overseeing budget recommendations, project management, and ITIL-oriented processes. Additionally, Spencer is a Certified Positive Intelligence leadership coach and business owner at Readman Coaching, focusing on Mental Fitness and guiding clients to achieve personal and professional growth by recognizing inhibiting behaviors and leveraging inner strengths.
