Stephanie Byrd

Stephanie Byrd currently serves as the Executive Director of AURA IT Product Delivery at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where leadership encompasses the Business Intelligence, Digital Services, and A14 Core product teams for AURA, a commercial underwriting and risk analysis software. With a focus on team vision, goal alignment, and client commitments, Stephanie ensures quality delivery while managing resource allocation. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Principal Consultant and Delivery Leader at Daugherty Business Solutions, overseeing large-scale accounts and diverse IT teams, and as a Senior Technical Director at AT&T, where management of over 150 projects was a primary responsibility. Stephanie holds an MBA in Telecommunications from The University of Dallas and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
