Stephen Bentley

Stephen Bentley has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since September 2015, Bentley leverages expertise in client data analysis to enhance data quality and treaty repricing, ultimately driving company profits. Prior to this role, Bentley spent 32 years at Swiss Re, holding positions including Senior Business Analyst, Systems Tester & IT Support, Administration Team Leader, and Administrator. In these roles, responsibilities ranged from data conversion and testing program changes to leading a team and managing claims processing. Bentley’s foundational education was completed at Central Foundation Grammar School from 1977 to 1983.
