Steve Sicking

Steve Sicking, MBA, is the Executive Director of Global Collateral Management at RGA, where they currently oversee operations in credit and financial analysis. With extensive experience in credit risk analysis, Steve has previously held senior roles at Safety National, where they underwrote financial risks associated with large casualty and self-insured bonds, and managed teams dedicated to credit risk underwriting. Steve earned their Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a postbaccalaureate degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Their professional expertise includes financial analysis models, cash flow analysis, and international credit policies.
