Suzanne Zimmerman

Suzanne Zimmerman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business and client support services, particularly in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of AURA Business and Client Support Services at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, Suzanne focuses on client relationship development, software implementation, and customer support. Previous roles include Program Manager for AURA, where contributions were made to the product lifecycle in electronic underwriting, and Program Master Scheduler for RIO, coordinating multi-software programs and preparing Board-level reports. Prior to Reinsurance Group of America, engagement at Daugherty Business Solutions involved managing a team of 30 and leading client and business development initiatives. Additional experience spans project management and operational improvement roles at organizations such as Express Scripts and Mercy. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
