Tara O'Sullivan has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Lead of Americas Delivery at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2016. In this role, Tara also holds positions as AVP Global Underwriting, Technical Oversight & Development, and Director of E-Underwriting, focusing on the evaluation and modification of automated underwriting rules and providing guidance to global client offices. Prior to joining RGA, Tara worked at Sun Life Financial as a Senior E-underwriting Consultant and held senior underwriting roles at Canada Life and Manulife Financial. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy (Exercise Science) from Concordia University between 1995 and 1999.
