Thomas Shearer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Technical Product Owner at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, Thomas oversees the development of the Nexus underwriting platform. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager for Swift's business intelligence solution for central banks and multiple positions as Senior Product Owner within Swift's Data & Analytics tribe. Thomas co-founded Bantu.my and held key roles in Accenture Song and CSE, including Head of the Multimedia Business Unit. Additionally, Thomas served as Interim CTO for the startup DEXT.
