Timothy Lang

Timothy Lang, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as Executive Director of Investment & Derivative Accounting at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since December 2016, with a focus on derivative instruments and hedging activities. Previously, Timothy held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at SunEdison, where responsibilities included overseeing reports for SEC registrants and specializing in business combinations. Earlier roles include Manager of International Reporting at General Growth Properties, where management of international joint ventures and various IFRS to US GAAP adjustments were key, and Manager of Accounting at National Express LLC, supporting general accounting functions. Timothy's career began at KPMG as a Manager, providing advisory services for SEC-registered public companies, and includes prior positions at The Siegfried Group, EY, and McGladrey. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University.
