Yoobin Choi

Yoobin Choi, FSA, currently serves as VP Actuary for Healthcare Initiatives and VP of Health Solutions within International Employer Solutions at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since December 2022. Prior to this role, Choi accumulated extensive experience at Cigna from August 2013 to October 2022, including positions as Chief Actuary for Europe & Global Segments and Chief Actuary for Global Individual Health, along with participation in the Actuarial Executive Development Program. Additional experience includes actuarial internships at Cigna in 2012 and at Siam Samsung Life Insurance in 2010. Yoobin Choi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Actuarial Science and Finance from Drake University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
